Appraisal Policies

Policy for Privately-Ordered Appraisals

For privately ordered appraisals, payment is required prior to report delivery. When ordering a private appraisal, you understand you are entering a verbal contract with Anthony Appraisers to provide the quoted amount in exchange for the appraisal. Once services have been rendered in any fashion, you may only qualify for a partial refund, if any. There are no refunds issued after the inspection of a property.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the pages you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refund Policy

Partial refunds may be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of appraisal. Order if order is cancelled and certain conditions are met. Client is subject to processing and inspection fees. All refunds may take up to 5-10 business days. Please call if you have any questions.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Once the order is placed, assigned, and accepted, the appraisal inspection may be conducted within 72 hours. The appraisal report may be delivered within 48 hours of inspection. The appraisal report will be delivered via Anthony Appraisers website in a PDF format.

This agreement establishes the terms and conditions to which you agree and to which are you subject when accessing or using our services, including the credit card processing service. By accepting the terms of this agreement, you accept all aspects of this agreement. Each time that you access or use our website, you re-affirm your consent to the then-existing terms of service.

Trip Fees/Charges

Anthony Appraisers charges an additional $150 on top of the appraisal fee for instances where the appraiser shows up to a confirmed appointment and is unable to access the property. This could be for key misplacement, the door not being opened, or the person the appraiser is supposed to meet not at the property where we are designated to meet them, etc. A reasonable effort will be made to keep the appointment when the appraiser arrives.
